Group swims will be held Tues, 5-6pm at Swansea Community Centre very close to Bloor/Runnymede (Runnymede Station). A 6 lane 25m pool. Each workout will include a warmup, 30-45 minute main set with various themes: aerobic, muscular endurance, speed, threshold, 5min cool down. Workouts suitable for those who can swim 100m comfortably without stopping. On deck coach would provide the workout and feedback. 11 sessions. Minimum 14 participants required. No refunds unless we have to cancel the program.
